Kayla is an expert in all aspects of litigation support and complex case management, including in internet-based research, social media analysis, e-discovery, and trial preparation and presentation.  She began her career in-house for a large insurance company, where she managed a docket of hundreds of cases at any given time and supported over 200 trials across multiple jurisdictions.  At Clare Locke LLP, working alongside the MWPP founders, she oversaw the support team for much of the firm’s high-stakes multimillion-dollar litigation and arbitration matters, including the multiple billion-dollar Dominion cases, and the firm’s federal appeals practice, including in the Supreme Court of the United States.  As Senior Paralegal for the largest airline pilot union in the world—the Air Line Pilots Association, International—she worked with the Association’s General Counsel and other attorneys to assist members on a variety of labor and employment disputes. Most recently, she helped the New York-based law firm Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler launch its Washington, DC office.
