Casey specializes in trial-readiness with an emphasis on building clients’ strategies from inception of case through verdict or favorable resolution. Over her 14 years of experience, she has assisted and attended trials in the areas of defamation, intellectual property, copyright infringement, product and premises liability, toxic torts, and patent prosecution across many State and Federal jurisdictions.

Casey develops themes, materials, and workflow management throughout various stages of cases, and she aids attorneys and expert witnesses in preparation for depositions and trial proceedings on behalf of clients nationwide.

Casey enjoys cheering on the Texas Longhorns and playing second-fiddle to her German Shepard, Cheyenne.
